I’m Nathalie, a Foot Health Practitioner
My aim is to bring a friendly, caring and professional approach to foot care in the comfort and convenience of your home.
Our feet are subject to huge stresses supporting your whole body as you carry out day to day activities, walking on average 150,000 miles in a lifetime. Yet, feet are often the most neglected part of the body.
As a Foot Health Practitioner (FHP), I am Diploma trained and qualified to work in the private sector to undertake routine clinical work necessary to maintain the health of the foot. I participate in continual professional development to maintain high standards and stay informed of new developments.
In addition to general foot care treatments and maintenance I offer the luxurious ‘Medi Pedi’ treatment to relax and pamper your feet leaving them feeling rejuvenated and silky smooth.
In line with regulations, I practice industry gold standards in disinfection and sterilisation. I follow strict procedures to ensure zero cross contamination. All my instruments are disinfected scrubbed, placed in an ultrasonic unit then sealed in sterile pouches and sterilised in the autoclave before every single use. I am insured ICO registered GDPR compliant.

What is a 'Medi-Pedi'?
A Medical Pedicure or a ‘Medi-Pedi’ is a medical grade pedicure. This means that your pedicure is carried out by trained foot health professional in a safe and sterile aseptic manner ensuring zero cross contamination.

Gua Sha
45 minute natural holistic treatment
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medical treatment that releases unhealthy elements from injured areas. It is the original form of IASTM (Instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilisation) that uses smooth edged massage instruments to repeatedly scrape & apply pressure to the skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow Gua sha is commonly used to treat & alleviate Plantar Fasciitis pain.

How should you prepare for your appointment?
The first visit will include your medical history, including any medication or existing conditions. It is preferable that you do not soak your feet immediately prior to the initial appointment, in order to allow an accurate assessment of your nails and skin condition.
Remove any nail polish (if possible) so that I can properly assess the condition of your nails.
Check that your clothing allows easy access to your feet and lower legs. Remove any stockings or tights beforehand. I can assist if you need any help with removing and putting on socks or footwear. I will bring my own stool and kit.
Find somewhere comfortable for yourself to sit preferably by a window that has good ventilation and light source.
COVID-19 and domiciliary visits
As per the UK government Covid 19 legislation, FHPs are exempt from closure as we fall under the medical appointments umbrella. Medical appointments should go ahead providing it is safe for both parties to do so.
I have all the necessary PPE and am following all the COVID-19 regulations to keep you safe Please make sure that you wear a mask or face shield when I arrive for your treatment.
On the day of your appointment, the questionnaire will need to be signed prior to treatment.
